Dear St. Joseph Families,
Thank you for taking the time to read the last Falcon News of the school year. Thank you for being part of our Falcon Family for 2025-26. This time of year is always filled with so many emotions. For our 8th graders, we are sad to see them leave the nest. This was their home for so many years, and they made so many memories here. Let us keep them in our prayers as they strive to be faithful and successful. We hope they make us proud! Additionally, our K5 students are graduating from working at tables, having regular snacks, and taking part in naptime to begin the journey of elementary school. We are so happy for our little saints who will do so many great things over the next eight years at SJS.
I also want to express my gratitude to everyone who assisted with the school’s mission this year. We navigated accreditation, and they continued to affirm the families who belong to this community. A special thank you should be expressed to our School Council, PTO, and Dad’s Club. Your involvement in the school for the good of our students is so very appreciated. Thank you for all of your efforts, from serving to filling the gap, to making the culture of the school a fun and exciting experience. Thank you to all of our coaches who gave of their time and talent to inspire our students to give max effort on the court, field, and track.
This fall, we will celebrate our 75th year as a school, founded in 1951 by Bishop Charles Greco and Fr. Joseph Gremillion. We are part of an incredible legacy for which we are grateful. We pray that this summer will be a time of peace and rest for all families, ready to do it all again in August. Thank you again for choosing St. Joseph Catholic School for the formation and education of your children.
St. Joseph, pray for us.
