Dear St. Joseph Families,
When we reach the end of the year, we seem to lose track or lose focus on things. Let us not be distracted. Let us be focused and motivated until the very end. Please allow this week’s post to serve as reminders for important information.
REPORT CARDS: For the 4th 9 weeks will be sent out after the last day of school. We will have an awards ceremony on the final day of school in the church.
GRADUATIONS: Take place on Thursday, May 23rd. 10AM- K5 Graduation in the Church 6PM- 8TH Grade Graduation in the Church
SETTLING OF ACCOUNTS: All tuition and incidental billing has been made available to parents. Please settle accounts before the end of the school year. 8th Grade is to have all accounts settled by FRIDAY, MAY 17TH, the Friday prior to graduation. After School Care billing for the final month will be sent out by Mrs. Lauren Castro. Please look for this item being sent home. Cafeteria accounts can be settled by going to your My School Bucks account.
TUITION ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS: If you have filled out a form for tuition assistance or for the Msgr. Clayton Fund, please know that the determination for these awards will not be done until school lets out. Please look for communication during the last week of May, but possibly as late as early June.
YEARBOOKS: Students should only write appropriate and welcomed comments in others’ yearbooks. Students violating this rule will be responsible for the cost of the yearbook.
