Dear St. Joseph Families,
We hope that everyone had a relaxing time with their families over the three-day weekend. Getting back to school this week means we are approaching the halfway point for the first nine weeks. This Wednesday, your child should come home with their progress report. When you look it over, remember there are several factors at play. First, your child is in a more advanced grade and a new environment. Several factors may have required them to adapt to a number of changes. See the progress report as an opportunity to talk with your child about what’s going smoothly and what isn’t. Know that your child’s teachers can also provide some clarity to why grades look the way they do as well.
Parents, are you alumni? Are your parents? We would love for all of you to take the time to attend a special Mass dedicated to the legacy of St. Joseph Catholic School and 75 years of Catholic education. You are part of a rich legacy and tradition. What better way to celebrate than by gathering together to worship with our current students? We will have a small reception in the gym immediately after to celebrate with one another. Take our Page 2, which will appear on social media this week, and share it with old friends and classmates. We would love to see them all return for this special occasion. More to come regarding Falcon Fest as well! We pray our students have a great, short week! St. Joseph, pray for us.
