Dear St. Joseph Families,
September means we are in full swing. As you can see from all of the subsequent pages, there will be a number of activities and a lot of planning coming up. With that in mind, please pay close attention to the information and mark your calendars.
The PTO will have its first meeting on Tuesday. New parents, we encourage you to get involved. Sustained success and improvements happen when we all strive to do our part. We’d love to see you and hear from you throughout the year. Do your best to plug in to make St. Joseph your home!
Basketball tips off on Tuesday as well. Our ladies are looking to have another successful season. Come out and cheer them on this Tuesday! Be on the lookout for dress-up nights for our home games!
We celebrate the anniversary of our school’s opening in September. We are not headed to the train station to pick up nuns who are late, nor is our pastor driving a bus through Broadmoor to pick up students. What we will do is celebrate an anniversary Mass with Bishop Malone on our anniversary date, September 17th.
This Mass will replace our regular school Mass that week, so we will gather on Thursday instead of Wednesday. Please make a note on your calendars.
Not only are we celebrating an anniversary, but we also wish to invite our alumni—parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends who have been part of our Falcon Family over the years—back for this wonderful occasion. St. Joseph, pray for us.
