Dear St. Joseph Families,

Tomorrow is the month of May and we begin the countdown to summer. Still, our focus is to do our best each and every day in the classroom, as student and teachers, ensuring that formation and education are taking place.

Please be sure that students are at school on time for Mass on Wednesday. Students should bring AT LEAST ONE REAL AND UNWRAPPED ROSE for the May Crowning. Students will process in from the breezeway. Moms, wait in the gathering space of the church and join your child in the procession as we walk in, honoring the Blessed Mother. Parents can sit with their child’s class. We are so happy for you to join us and we are grateful for each and every one of you.

Please keep our 8th graders in your prayers. This Saturday, many of them will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation. This is a special Mass celebrated by Bishop Malone and serves as their final step of initiation into the Catholic faith. We pray that these disciples of Christ will soon go forth to help make disciples as well.

As we begin to bring the year to a close, it is important to draw your attention to another matter. Accounts must be made current by the end of the school year. I recommend that all accounts be current by Friday, May 17th. This is our last day for our 8th graders and this is the day that those accounts are to be be satisfied. St. Joseph, pray for us.
