Dear SJS Families, We certainly had some exciting times this past week! For those of you who could attend, Grandparents Day was a wonderful celebration. Our students did an amazing job by honoring the legacies of faith and love that surround this campus. We are grateful for the efforts of Mrs. Harbert and Mrs. Walker for organizing the event for us. Our students did such a great job. A thank you to the faculty and staff is also important as they went out of their way to have students prepared. We also had an amazing time at “Mardi Gras Mambo” on Saturday evening. We really wish to thank our sponsors for their contribution to the success of this annual event. Proceeds are raised for the betterment of St. Joseph Catholic School. We had many new families attend and I know everyone had an amazing time. A special thank you to Mrs. Jessica Dixon and her crew for putting the night together. REMEMBER! Friday is our Father’s Day Mass. We invite all dads to attend the Mass at 8:15 AM. Thank you for living out this important role, reflecting the love of God the Father and our patron, St. Joseph. We also have Bishop Francis Malone who will be celebrating the Mass for us that day. Dads should come a little early in order to find their child in the gathering space so they can sit with them at Mass. We hope you can join us for this special Mass in your honor! St. Joseph, pray for us.
