Dear St. Joseph Families,
As you can see with the notification, we are currently enrolling for the the 2025-26 school year. It is important to begin the process to secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school year. This also tells us how many teachers we need in place. Please remember that when you register, this is the time to apply for financial assistance. Families have a variety of needs and the assistance provided will always have a cap. Just as it is explained to register early for the upcoming school year, it is equally important to register to apply. It bears repeating as well that if you are a current K4 family or have a child moving from public school to private school this next year, the application processes for Arete Scholars, as well as the LA GATOR program, are opening up soon and families need to apply for these opportunities.
If you haven’t heard the news already, our playground addition is taking place very soon. The swings and climbing things have been installed. Our next step is to level the area and lay down the mulch and barriers. The students are very excited that this is taking place, but I know that the PTO is just as excited about this. Sure, it has been a long time coming, but the wait will certainly be worth it! We will keep in touch regarding the opening of this new section very soon. Finally, don’t forget that Friday is Grandparents Day! The event begins this Friday in the school gym, so invite your child’s grandparents or godparents to come out to enjoy the morning. We also have a book fair and will dismiss for the day at 12:00 noon. It’s going to be an exciting week! St. Joseph, pray for us.
