Dear St Joseph Families,
What a week that was. If you are anything like me, you’re probably looking for the groundhog to discuss the idea of looking for his shadow ever again. We are very happy to have had a safe and happy return for CATHOLIC SCHOOLS DAY on Friday. We are striving to organize specific activities for the benefit of our students and to celebrate our school. We were fortunate to have the pep rally on Friday.
The Open House has been rescheduled for this Tuesday. If you have friends who are interested, please advise them to attend. If they are unable to attend, they can visit the website to schedule a tour. REMINDER: Enrollment is now open to all families.
On Wednesday, we will support the community at Mass with a special collection for Catholic Charities of North Louisiana. The many poor and needy in our area have significant needs during inclement weather, so please consider this when giving.
Our annual Talent Show will be on Thursday at 8:30 in the gym. Join us as our students show out, showing great courage in entertaining their fellow students.
The first Friday of the month is an important day. It is a day that we honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus through adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. This begins on the first Friday after the 8:15 Mass and runs until 2:45. Students will attend during religion class. We hope you can join us! Praise God for a full week.
