Dear St. Joseph Families,

Over the next two weeks, there are some important matters that we focus on in the Church. One is that of National Vocations Awareness Week. There is no better place to begin learning about one’s vocation than in Catholic school. At St. Joseph, we are fortunate to be able to organize events like or vocations luncheon where our middle school students will be able to hear the stories of those living out the vocations of priesthood and religious life. Many of the saints the students encounter lived very similar callings but the most foundational is to begin living a call to holiness, which is regularly taught in our religion classes. I encourage you to pray for your child’s vocation daily.

Next week is Discovering Catholic Schools Week! We have several tours planned already for those wishing to discern this particular calling. We have a wonderful Catholic school community made of dedicated faculty, caring parents, and beloved students who make this campus what it is- a loving community centered around Christ.
