Registration for all families has begun today. If you have friends that are interested in scheduling a tour, don’t forget to invite them to our open house on Wednesday, February 2nd , 5:30 PM- 7:30 PM. If individuals cannot make the event, they may schedule a personal tour with the principal.

As many are aware, the decision was made that school masses would not be taking place for the time being while COVID numbers still remain high in our area. This concern for large gatherings being at the heart of the decision. On Wednesdays, religion teachers will take students to the church during religion class for a time of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. There will be fewer students gathered and we will still promote a devotion to the Eucharist.

St. Joseph Catholic School has also decided to push back the Mardi Gras Mambo fundraiser event.

Originally scheduled for February 5th, it will now take place on Saturday, March 12th. Yes, unfortunately it is during the season of Lent. It was approved since it is a fundraiser for our school. It will be on a Saturday, reserving Friday as a day of penance and prayer.

Catholic Schools Week begins this weekend. We invite our SJS students to attend Mass in full school uniform to join in the celebration at the parish. Please consider contributing to our Catholic Schools Week collection for Mary’s House. St. Joseph, pray for us.
