Dear St. Joseph Families,

If the year did not seem like a busy time for our school before Thanksgiving, it will certainly seem that way over the next few weeks. From St. Nick’s Feast, to Pancakes with Santa, to Teacher Caroling, to our annual Christmas Program, there is so much to celebrate at our school. Keep in mind that we will begin our St. Vincent de Paul Christmas where each grade will sponsor families in need. It is important that we realize this as an opportunity to care for others. Our school always responds in a very kind and generous manner. Please look for information from your child’s homeroom class. ALL ITEMS are to be turned no later than FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16TH, by 10 AM.

I also encourage you to do something for yourself. St. Joseph Catholic Church will have its Advent Mission on December 4-6, 7PM-9PM. The mission will be put on by “The Dynamic Deacon” Harold Burke-Sivers, a captivating speaker who will cover a variety of topics. In the midst of the holiday rush, let us not forget to address our own spiritual needs. Finally, do not forget that Thursday, December 8th is a holy day of obligation. School Mass will be at 8:15AM that day. St. Joseph, pray for us.
