Dear St. Joseph Families,
What an exciting time we had for the first week of May! I wish to extend heartfelt gratitude for everything done by our PTO for Teacher Appreciation Week. It is frequently stated that teaching is a career that does not focus on the income, but the outcome. We are proud of the students who go out from St. Joseph Catholic School to make a difference in the world. Thank you for the way you expressed your gratitude. It was truly a humbling experience.
As everyone is aware by now, St. Joseph students took the opportunity to view the election and announcement of our new Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV. It came as a surprise to many members of our clergy who saw the announcement of the first pope from the United States. Let us keep him in our prayers as he is called to shepherd the Catholic Church.
Please join us this Thursday as we celebrate the career of the amazing Gloria Patterson, who faithfully served the St. Joseph community for well over 3 decades! She is loved and will be missed!
IMPORTANT! As the school year comes to a close, a reminder must be given about closing out all accounts. Whether it is due to tech equipment being replaced, after-school care, library books, or final payments owed, it is important to make sure all is paid in full soon. Thank you for giving this matter your prompt attention. St. Joseph, pray for us.
