Dear St. Joseph Families,

GIVE FOR GOOD begins tomorrow! St. Joseph Catholic School is once again participating in this important day. As you are aware, this is a fundraising opportunity that allows families to participate in assisting with funds for their favorite charities. We hope St. Joseph Catholic School, your choice for Catholic education, will be considered for such generosity. Rather than raise our our tuition to cover such expenses, we invite families and other benefactors who have the ability to give to do so on this exciting day.

In the past, funds are utilized to purchase items such as classroom furniture and additional technology for the school. As always, it is not always the issue of how much you plan to give but rather that you take the opportunity to participate. 100% participation from our school community may seem like a lofty goal but it is certainly possible. Thank you for always supporting St. Joseph Catholic School through giving as well as through your prayers.

FIELD DAY is this week! It will be Friday, May 5th at Loyola’s Messmer Stadium. Carpool will begin at 7:30 AM. Opening ceremonies will be at 8:05 AM. Parents are welcome to remain with us through the day. We are fortunate to have our campus SRO’s available to be with us on that day as well. They were hired to assist us in keeping our students safe at all times and are happy they can join us so that our field day will always be a fun and exciting time. REMEMBER! You must check your child out with his or her homeroom teacher. All students are to be picked up no later than 12 NOON.

With all of the upcoming special days, please remember that our annual Mother’s Day Mass and May Crowning will be on Friday, May 12th. We invite all mothers, godmothers, grandmothers, and other loved ones. We hope to see you at all events! St. Joseph, pray for us.
