Dear St Joseph Families,

On Saturday morning, I opened the Family Life Center and the Gym at 6 AM to see the work of parent volunteers, who labored to provide the St. Joseph community with an experience that is always special and always beautiful. This year was different because we began to see leadership changes across many activities. If you recall, Falcon Fest was very successful under new leadership. Pancakes with Santa can be viewed similarly.

We can always quantify success by looking at numbers- and we used every table we had! Let us qualify it instead. Everyone who came was fed, children enjoyed crafts, parents and teachers took joy in serving, and every person experienced a sense of fellowship that can only happen through individuals who gather with a single bond. The bond of our school is so strong that others who are not school members take joy in the day as well. Thank you to all who made the day happen.

St. Joseph Catholic School is special because of the culture that is created- one of fellowship, one of support, one of being intentional about providing for our students. It happens when we all choose to do what is good and pleasing. Let us do so for all upcoming activities, whether it’s St. Nick’s Feast this coming Saturday, our annual Christmas Program, or completing the task of providing Christmas for the needy in our community. Let us gather for the good. St. Joseph, pray for us.
